So here are a few pictures of our first night with Jason, nearly 3 weeks ago...I can't believe it's almost over already! Well actually can I be honest? I am totally ready to get out of this hotel room! But we will both miss Jas. When we leave here,(on sunday) we will only have 6 weeks left before Jas comes home. Hooray~ We made it and we're on the home stretch!!!

As I said, here we are on our first night with Jas, in Tuscon. We are at a fab Mexican place for dinner~



Here is Grammy! She flew in with Ava and I and stayed for the weekend. Jas and I were so happy to have some time alone over the weekend...Thanks again mom!

Hi everyone, sorry for the long absence in my posts'. The past two months feel like such a whirlwind....Where have the weeks gone???
In June, my lovely sister-in-law Jessica, her hubby Cliff and sweet baby James (not really a baby anymore!) came for a visit. We had so much fun! Every day felt like a party to me:) Here are a few pictures of our day at the zoo...For any of you who haven't been to the Des Moines Zoo, you should make the trip~ It's perfect for toddlers because it's fairly small and can be done in about and hour or two. It's not the Omaha Zoo or anything ( yeah faith family! didn't we have such a blast?!) but as I said, it's definitely worth it:)
I have to make this short as my baby is sleeping two feet away from me in her pack-n-play, and my man is sleeping on the other side of me! We're sharing a one room hotel room for this three week visit in Arizona and it can get kinda.....small? but I'm not complaining!!! It's well worth it for some quality time with hubby/daddy....
