New things

I've recently started doing at home daycare for some friends of ours the Andersons....Yay! Well, at first it was more like " um....I think this will be good but can I really handle this?" The first day proved way more challenging than I had expected, but day two went much better and actually turned out to be really fun!
As you can imagine Ava LOVES having Brandt and Allegra to play with and I welcome the structure it adds to my week. They come on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-5. At first it sounds like a long time to keep 3 little people entertained (especially with such little space to work with!) but I'm learning how to keep them busy and happy and therefore I am sane and happy too*
After the first day Ryan (Mr. Anderson) asked me " well how'd it go? do you still think you want to have more kids?" and my answer is absolutely YES! I can hardly wait to meet our future children (anytime God!) I am so grateful for this opportunity to get to know Brandt and Allegra. Here are some pictures from our first week.

Ava & Allegra eating at the dining room table....Ava likes to "feed" Allegra.

Ava also tries to make Allegra laugh. So cute!
"You think we're cute?"

Here's Brandt, Isn't he adorable?!

Kitchen pile up- pretty typical

Ava pretending she needs a pacifier since Allegra has one:)

As I said, Ava loves having them around. This means that she tries to hug them as often as possible. Here's a pretty typical progression
Ava bear hugs one of them....
They both topple over...
the victim runs away from Ava's grabby' little arms..

I'm so glad your 'back'. So many crazy thoughts ran through my mind when I saw your blog was restricted...you know, my typical 'worst-case-scenario' type thoughts! Anyway, I LOVE Ava's get-up in these pics...fuzz and a hoodie. Too cute!
If I wasn't so giant I'd totally come visit you...thats how much I miss you!
